Consulting Engineering
Design Growth

Videtexy is a technology consulting and product engineering company registered in Cyprus. We work across four practices, with the same people accountable for the plan and for what ships against it.

Four practices, one accountable team. Each practice stands on its own and can be engaged separately. They are held by the same team, so a decision taken in one does not have to be re-argued in another.

01.

Technology Consulting

Independent advice on architecture, delivery and spend, written so that it can be acted on.

02.

Software & Product Development

Web, mobile and platform engineering delivered in short increments, with tests and documentation as part of the work.

03.

Design

Product discovery, interface design and design systems that engineering can implement without interpretation.

04.

Growth & Operations

Paid acquisition, measurement and support operations, managed against commercial outcomes rather than activity.

Frame. Plan.
Build. Operate.

Every engagement follows the same shape, whether it runs for four weeks or four quarters. Each step has a defined output, and that output is what moves the work forward.

  • 01 Frame

The commercial objective, and the constraint that actually binds: budget, headcount, regulation or time.

  • 02 Plan

A costed plan with sequencing, dependencies, and the consequence of leaving each item undone.

  • 03 Build

Delivery in short increments. Each increment is demonstrable, deployable and reviewed against the plan.

  • 04 Operate

Monitoring, documentation and a clean handover, or a continuing engagement if that suits you better.

A small senior team, by design.

About

Videtexy is built around one constraint: everybody on an engagement should be senior enough to disagree with the client and explain why.

VIDETEXY LIMITED is a technology consulting and product engineering company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 496760.

We work across four practices: technology consulting, software and product development, design, and growth and operations. They are deliberately held together, because these are decisions a growing business has to make in relation to one another rather than in sequence.

What we will not do.

How we are structured

Each engagement has one accountable lead and a written scope. Progress is reported on a fixed cadence against that scope, in a format a finance team can read as easily as an engineering team can.

We work remotely across European time zones, with on-site workshops where the subject benefits from a room. Documentation is the default: if a decision was made, it exists in writing.

Ownership

You do, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts and advertising accounts sit in your organisation, not ours.

NDA

Send yours, or ask for ours, and we will return it the same working day.

We do not bill as a percentage of media spend, because that rewards spending more. We do not hold code, accounts or data: everything sits in your organisation from the first day. And we decline work where we do not believe we would add more value than the fee.

What we hold to.

Principles

The same four commitments apply on every engagement, regardless of size or timeline.

  • 01

    Clarity

Plain language in every document. A recommendation that needs jargon to sound convincing is not a recommendation.

  • 02

    Accountability

Estimates are written down and revisited in the open. When we are wrong, you hear it from us first.

  • 03

    Craft

Tests, documentation and accessibility belong to the work, not to a phase that gets cut when the date moves.

  • 04

    Partnership

You own the code, the accounts and the data from day one. Nothing is designed to make leaving difficult.

Where our work is strongest.

Four areas where the practices above come together most often, each with its own economics and its own way of going wrong.

Marketplaces
& platforms

Two-sided businesses where trust, payouts and moderation decide the unit economics.

Mobile
& consumer digital products

Applications judged on retention and daily use rather than on a single conversion event.

SaaS
& subscription

Products where retention and cost to serve matter more than acquisition volume.

Retail
& e-commerce

Catalogue, checkout and paid acquisition treated as one connected system.

Before you write to us.

Questions

  • 01 How does an engagement start?

With a paid, time-boxed assessment. It is short, it produces something useful on its own, and it lets both sides find out how the other works before a larger commitment.

  • 02 How are you priced?

Fixed fee for defined scope, or a monthly retainer for continuing work. We do not bill as a percentage of media spend, and we do not charge for changes caused by our own estimating errors.

  • 03 Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts and advertising accounts sit in your organisation, not ours.

  • 04 Can you sign an NDA before we talk?

Yes. Send yours, or ask for ours, and we will return it the same working day.

  • 05 Where are you based?

The company is registered in Cyprus. We work remotely across European time zones and meet on site when a workshop justifies it.

Tell us what you are trying to change.

A short description of the situation is enough to start. We reply within one working day, with either a proposal outline or a note that we are not the right fit.

  • A reply within one working day
  • NDA returned the same working day on request
  • No obligation and no sales sequence
