1. Who is responsible for your data

VIDETEXY LIMITED, registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 496760, is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect

Contact form submissions: your name, email address, company name where provided, the practice you selected, and the content of your message. These fields are submitted by you and are the only personal data we ask for.

Technical data: your IP address, browser user agent and the pages you requested are processed by our hosting provider as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse.

Analytics data: aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics, collected only after you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

3. Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

To understand aggregate usage of the site. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery and protection of the site.

Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery for messages submitted through the contact form.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes. Processors act only on our documented instructions.

5. International transfers

Our processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that occurs, transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent recognised safeguard.

6. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months from your last message to us and are then deleted, unless a contract between us requires longer retention.

Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a rolling period not exceeding 30 days.

Analytics data is retained in aggregated form only and contains no identifiers.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or with the supervisory authority of your own country of residence.

8. Security

The site is served over TLS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. Form submissions are transmitted to our email provider over an encrypted connection and are not written to any database. Access to received messages is limited to the people who need it in order to answer you.

We may update this policy. The effective date shown above reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
